For those ultra-feminine girly girls out there… this is your season. Fall/ Winter 2014/2015 is all about the color pink. To be specific…pale pink. It is literally the color of the moment, and it’s everywhere. Most designers are including in their collections in one way or another, and the broad use only leads me to ask…which pieces do I need first! So many beautiful options (loving this Ralph Lauren fall 2014 example). As a proclaimed girly girl, you can bet that I’ll be rocking a pale pink dress this season…and if we’re lucky…a wrap or coat as well.

Now the question is, what are the best ways to bring this trend into interior? The obvious and most bold way is through painted walls. I can honestly say this is a very appealing option. The blush tones that are so popular right now are very flattering in most spaces. If in combination with the modern black and white décor out there right now, it is a great way to soften a space and add a little more home authenticity. I love that this is a new way to soften an otherwise neutral colored space.
